NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification:

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: एआईसीटीई/यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से विज्ञापित 6 विषयों में से किसी एक में न्यूनतम 60% कुल अंकों के साथ बीई/बीटेक/बीएससी (इंजीनियरिंग) या 5 वर्षीय एकीकृत एमटेक। केवल पूर्णकालिक, कैंपस में प्राप्त नियमित डिग्रियां ही पात्र हैं – पत्राचार, दूरस्थ शिक्षा, अंशकालिक और शोध आधारित डिग्रियां स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं।

GATE स्कोर: उम्मीदवारों के पास अपनी योग्यता डिग्री के विषय में वैध GATE 2024, GATE 2025 या GATE 2026 का स्कोर होना आवश्यक है। GATE 2023 और उससे पहले के स्कोर मान्य नहीं हैं। तीनों वर्षों के GATE स्कोर को समान महत्व दिया जाता है।

After Appointment as Scientific Officer/C (Group A): Pay Level 10 — Rs. 56,100/- in Pay Matrix + 58% DA (as on 01.07.2025) + Transport Allowance, HRA, Site Location Allowance, Professional Update Allowance, LTA, Medical (CHSS), Children Education Assistance, Performance Linked Incentive, EPF, Gratuity, Group Insurance, and NPCIL Defined Contribution Pension Scheme 2025.

Candidates are shortlisted for Personal Interview based on GATE 2024/2025/2026 scores in a 1:12 ratio (discipline and category wise). GATE score carries no weightage in the final selection — final selection is purely based on Personal Interview performance and medical fitness.

NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 – Training Details:

Selected candidates undergo a one-year orientation training at one of NPCIL’s Nuclear Training Centres (NTC). Candidates in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, and Instrumentation disciplines must choose a Reactor Stream — either Pressurised Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR) or Light Water Reactor (LWR). Civil discipline candidates need not indicate a reactor stream preference. After successful training completion, candidates are appointed as Scientific Officer/C in Group A on a one-year probation.
